RETURN POLICY

RETURNS: No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by our Customer Service Department. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 14 business days (depending on your institution) to the same form of payment. 

RECONSIGNED, REFUSED, RETURNED or CANCELED SHIPMENTS: The customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges on above named shipments. 


BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to ship product as quickly as possible, but occasionally items may be delayed or backordered. As soon as the items become available, they are shipped with notice. If you have any instructions regarding backorders or delays, please indicate when the order is placed.
